Welcome to IAC Plastics, a division of PAR Group Ltd. We are a forward thinking customer driven company with over 35 years of experience in supplying engineering plastics to industries throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide. We operate from a 27,000sq ft premises in Dunnockshaw (nr Burnley) and have the capability to machine, extrude, cast and fabricate plastics to your exact requirements. Plastic Materials

We stock an extensive range plastic sheet, rod and tube in various materials including machining, fabrication and specialist plastics. Our CNC saw facilities enable us to cut sheets up to 4000mm x 4000mm and a maximum thickness of 147mm. For rods, our automatic band saw provides a billeting service up to 300mm diameter. Plastic Machining

PAR Group manufacture machined plastic components using highly advanced CNC machining technology. We have an extensive range of facilities including CNC machining, cutting, routing, lathe, drilling and milling machines. We also have a team of highly experience engineers and CAD technology enabling us to precision engineer components to your exact requirements. Extruded Plastic Wear Strips

We also have plastic extrusion facilities and have the capability to extrude Corrothene® UHMW wearstrips commonly used in many industries to prevent chain or belt movement on conveyor lines. We have tools for a wide range of standard profiles along with in house tool making facilities which enables us to extrude bespoke wear strips to your exact requirements. Plastic Fabrication

IAC Plastics can also fabricate plastics such as polycarbonate, PETG, acrylic, polypropylene and PVC. Sheets can be fabricated to maximum sheet size 3050mm x 2050mm. Our most popular products include machine guards, chutes, doors, hoppers and covers. Polished edges can also be supplied for applications where appearance is important. Plastic Casting

We also manufacture our own brand of Corromide® cast Nylon in rods, sheets and tubes. They are available in various grades and we can also offer custom castings upon request. The atmosphere within our casting area is tightly controlled and all products are inspected for voids using ultra sonic detection equipment.
